Job Description

Your responsibilities will include: –

  • Communicating with teachers who sign up via our website (no cold-calling)
  • Engaging teachers to take part in our two week, free trial
  • Supporting teachers and facilitating trials
  • Quoting and negotiating with schools
  • Occasional school visits
  • Using and maintaining CRM system
  • Dealing with a high volume of calls and email communications
  • Building rapport with teachers

Requirements

  • Graduate (calibre)
  • Intelligent and driven
  • Excellent Communicator – verbal and written skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Proficient in excel and excellent documentation skills
  • Good mathematical skills to enable discussion of quotes and discounts

  • Written: Excellent written English (style, grammar, spelling)
  • In person: Professional, confident and knowledgeable when meeting clients face to face
  • Phone: Well-spoken and clear. Professional, helpful, friendly phone manner.

  • Negotiation skills – basic level
